And this, a quick one, lots of paint..........fun
Haven't painted much lately and went back to a favorite subject.....but this time an 8"x16" canvas. I think the subject is better suited to this size canvas........also liked working on stretched canvas rather then canvas board...think the extra cost is worth it.
Keep trying to capture 'hollyhock'........getting closer after so many tries I've lost count! 8"x10" oil on panel
I added more warm color and blues to foreground of yesterday's painting...think it helped
